Bold and brilliant yellow is another color that can affect you in a positive way. Its mood enhancer quality is alertness. Yellow’s warm intensity helps promote optimism because it reminds us of the sun. It’s hard to think about the color yellow and not think of Sunflowers! They’re big, bright, and bound to make anyone smile. Green is one of the easiest colors to incorporate into your daily life. Just look around! I love going outside to enjoy the nature around me. My morning walks and occasional hikes are ways I infuse green into my daily routine. Living in an area where the weather is moderate, I take walks outside every day. It’s a huge stress reliever for me and because it brings me peace, I make it a priority.
Last but not least, is blue. Its flower power is confidence and will help clear your mind of worry and fear. Sometimes, as we grow older, we may feel unsure of ourselves and our self-esteem takes a hit. Hydrangeas, Iris’, and Periwinkles are all blue-hued mood enhancers that will soothe and restore your soul. You know that’s true when you look up and see the sunny blue sky above you. You can’t help but feel empowered.
