I have compiled a list of my recommended books for Baby Boomer women on Amazon. Some were written by midlife plus authors I’ve come to know because of my blog and others were introduced to me by other means.

Note to publicists: In the effort not to trip over books in my limited living space, and so I don’t sit on my duff all day reading, I would appreciate any books you would like me to review in AUDIO over Hard Copy.
You’ll find an array of enticing novels as well as other informational books geared for the Baby Boomer and midlife demographics. A few take a nostalgic look back in the past to memorialize the Baby Boomer generation and our past foibles and accomplishments.
Most of the authors are over the age of 50. Older authors have more experience with life and sage wisdom to share. As retirement beckons, they’ve chosen to reinvent themselves as authors. Others have been written specifically for people who are 50 and over and address our concerns.
I urge you to support them. You’ll be directed to my personal Amazon bookstore. I’m sure you’ll find them entertaining, educational, and inspiring.

Rather listen than read?
I’m a big fan of audiobooks because I can listen to a book while I’m sitting in traffic, taking a walk, or doing housework. That way I can keep moving and not be sedentary.
Audible has over 500,000 titles, because they are part of Amazon, that you can access using their smartphone app. See what they have to offer here.
Another alternative to not clutter up your space are eBooks
Ebooks is the web’s most popular digital book store with the largest range of commercially published ebooks available. With prices below hard copy books and the unique appeal of instantly downloadable books, sales at eBooks.com are growing exponentially. Download an eBook today.
Need a good reading lamp?

Can’t see the small print?
Check out this Lightview Pro Magnifying Glass with LED Floor Lamp & Rolling Base Stand in Black – If you have trouble reading the fine print, even with your reading glasses, this lamp is fabulous. You can also use it for sewing and doing detail work like crafts, jewelry making, art, and anything that makes you squint.
